Valid Referrals

A referral is considered valid when the following occurs:
- The person you refer (the Friend) is not already a Nest Home Loans client, has not previously enquired, and is new to our database.
- The Friend proceeds with one of the Nest Home Loan services – secures a home loan through Nest Home Loans or purchases the Pathway Financial Success Programme.
Referral Reward
- The reward is a $50 Visa Gift Card.
- The reward will be issued once the Friends loan has fully settled or payment for services has been made.
- Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the settlement date of the loan or payment date of the services.
- Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
How to Refer

There are several ways to refer:
- Submit your Friends details through the official referral form on www.nesthomeloans.co.nz
- Email your Nest Home Loans Advisor with your Friends full name and contact information before your Friend makes contact.
- Send your Nest adviser an SMS message with your Friends name and contact information.
- Tell your friend to drop your name when they make their enquiry.
A referral cannot be claimed retrospectively.
Referral Limits
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
Fraudulent or Misleading Activity
- Nest Home Loans reserves the right to decline any referral, cap or revoke rewards if unusual, suspicious or fraudulent referral activity is detected or if there is a breach of these terms.
Privacy
- By participating, you confirm you have your Friends permission to share their contact details with us. All information collected will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the purpose of delivering our service.
- By accepting reward cards from Nest Home Loans, customers will also be taken to agree that Nest Home Loans may use their names and photos of them for promotional purposes.
Liability
- Nest Home Loans is not responsible for failed referral submissions, incorrect contact details or any loss or damage arising from participation in the Programme.
Programme Changes
- Nest Home Loans may modify, suspend or end the programme at any time.
- Any referrals submitted before the change will still be honoured under the terms active at the time of submission.
